The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Section 15303(e) (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures), as an existing winery with tasting room permitted by an existent use permit is adding minor and negligible expansion of use and only minor construction, including two new tasting areas involving only movable infrastructure (tent, hanging shading device, and furniture). No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment
