CAL FIRE currently leases 1,160 sf of office space at 3141 Highway 50, Suite B in South Lake Tahoe. Due to an increase in staff and functions the office space needs to be expanded by 1,740 sf for a total of 2,900 sf. The new space will support eleven (11) new positions. The additional office space will be an expansion of the existing office and will not need major improvements.
