CAL FIRE will be leasing a new facility to meet the needs of the Emergency Response and Preparedness program and support
the staffing of two Initial Attack California Conservation Camp fire crews.
The facility will consist of eight (8) sleeping quarters, bathrooms and showers, a kitchen, a dining area, a laundry facility, and
a small garage for equipment/vehicle storage consisting of approximately 3,625 sf..
Minor interior improvements may be necessary.
