Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-RIV-14329-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Riverside County-Facilities Management. The Project is limited to the dredging of the North Shore Beach and Yacht Club (NSBYC) Marina including outlet channel to the Salton Sea, rehabilitation of the existing boat ramp, construction of temporary settling pond and associated decanting weir, dewatering of slurry generated by dredging operations, return of water from dewatered slurry to the Salton Sea, mobilization of equipment, disposal of sediment, and demobilization of equipment.
