Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2021-00037-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Tom Harrington for the purposes of timber harvest under emergency timber harvest notification # 2-21EM-00137-SHA approved by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. The project is limited to (8) encroachments total, of which the total includes (2) water drafting sites, and (6) reconstructions or upgrading of culvert crossings, along with repairs and maintenance of existing roads and facilities after the 2020 Zogg wildfire.
