Document Description

The project is limited to mass grading for building pads, roads, utilities, associated infrastructure, and minor offsite improvements. The project includes construction of a stormwater collection system where all runoff from the site will be routed to water quality swales before ultimately draining to the unnamed tributary along the southern project site boundary line.
