The project is limited to one encroachment. It consists of installing and removing a Class II temporary crossing with heavy equipment. The project is located in Section 3, Township 2S, Range 07E; Humboldt Base and Meridian, in the Forest Glen, California, U.S. Geological Survey 7.5-minute quadrangle
