Document Description
Caltrans proposes to repair a culvert on State Route 128, near postmile 4.25, in Yolo County. The purpose of the project is to restore this portion of highway to safe driving operations. This emergency project is needed as a culvert failure has occurred. An assessment concluded that the existing 18-inch, high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe could have been damaged by recent fire and is no longer present. The proposed solution is to replace the failed HDPE culvert with corrugated steel pipe.
