At its May 6, 2021 meeting, the Central San Board of Directors independently found this project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section Staff has concluded that this Project is exempt under Central San CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment. This certainty is based on Central San’s past experience with construction projects of this nature, the relatively small areas involved, and the Central San’s mitigating construction specifications.
