Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS- SBR-30784-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, 55555 Amargosa LLC.
The project is limited to the grading of an existing earthen channel to remove debris and improve hydraulic characteristics from the south property line to the north property line maintaining existing flow path and depth. The project will cover 0.25 acres of ephemeral desert streambed
