The Project Applicant is requesting approval of a conditional use permit, tree removal permit, and tentative parcel map from the City of Rancho Cucamonga to develop the Ling Yen Mountain Temple, which would include eight buildings totaling approximately 93,003 SF on an 11.5-acre portion of the 35.1-acre Project site. The proposed temple facility would consist of two buildings for worship and assembly, two buildings for ancillary administrative and support uses, and three buildings for group residences within the 11.5-acre area of the Project site. The proposed Project would also include associated infrastructure and improvements such as landscaping, hardscape elements, water features, plazas, parking lots, fuel modification, open space, utility, stormwater, and roadway improvements.
