Document Description
The project includes the development of an office complex including three office buildings, two aboveground parking garages, and an outdoor café in the eastern portion of the Smoky Hollow Specific Plan area within the City of El Segundo. The two sites are currently developed with five industrial buildings and surface parking lots and were formerly used for semiconductor manufacturing. One existing building would be preserved in place, and the other four would be demolished. The project would include 243,217 sqft of office space, 886 sqft of cafe, and 286,479 sqft of parking within two parking structures containing 858 parking spaces in total.
