Reasons for Exemption
An IS/MND was prepared in 2002, which was adopted by the City. An addendum was prepared in 2010 to reflect minor changes in configuration and allow for the park to develop in phases. The proposed Project (phase 4) does not expand the original footprint, or propose new components not previously analyzed in the IS/MND and addendum to the adopted IS/MND. No new or greater impacts are anticipated with this phase.
