Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes a re-lamp project at various traffic signals on state routes 4 and 99 and interstate 5, in San Joaquin County. The scope of work includes the group replacement of traffic signal lamps (group re-lamping) at the on/off ramps and local street intersection locations. See vicinity maps attached for locations. No excavation is anticipated or proposed as the work is specific to replacing the signal lamps. The purpose of the project is to reduce the frequency of lamp outages. The project will lower the cost of maintenance to replace the lamps.
