A MAJOR REVISION TO AMEND RECLAMATION PLAN (84M-012) TO EXPAND THE VESTED ALVIC AND ALUMINA QUARRY TO 163 ACRES (29 ACRES WITHIN THE QUARRY) AND CONTINUE MINING WITHIN THE EXISTING PIT AREA CREATING A HORSESHOE SHAPED QUARRY DAYLIGHTING TO THE SOUTHWEST WITH OVERALL 1H:1V SLOPES RANGING FROM 400 FEET HIGH ON THE NORTH, 500 HIGH ON THE EAST, AND 800 FEET ON THE SOUTH. THE PIT WILL RANGE FROM 4,550 FEET AMSL TO THE 3,750-FOOT PIT FLOOR ELEVATION, APPROXIMATELY 800 FEET BELOW THE QUARRY RIM. THE ENTIRE MINE IS ON PRIVATE LANDS.
