Document Description
Approval of Permit No. 19665, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To restore the 2,700-foot reach of the right levee of Cache Creek, from Levee Mile (LM) 0.00 to LM 0.53 (Huff’s Corner), to its original 1957 design profile height. The project includes removing and replacing 1,100 feet of County Road 18 which is located on the levee crown, widening the base of the levee on the land side by approximately 12 to 15 feet, regrading the portion of the levee extending northward from the hairpin turn of County Road 18 to Interstate 5 (I-5), and reconstructing the subsided portion of levee in the same location.
