Document Description
The project consists of the sale and assignment of 2,067 square feet of restoration credit, from Conservancy-owned land to two receiving parcels. The restoration credit will be used to complete the two following road improvements: a hammerhead and a vehicle turnout, which will meet current County and fire-safe standards to improve public health and safety. The project also includes the demolition and reconstruction of two existing residences. The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing restoration credit within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
