Document Description
A Contractor will pulverize and remove damaged asphalt for both lanes using asphalt milling machine. Dump trucks will transport asphalt grindings near EDPP to be stockpiled for SJFD use. New hot mix asphalt will be placed in areas where asphalt was remonived using paving machines and roller machines. New traffic lines will also be re-painted along various areas of the road. Edmonston Pumping Plant(EDPP) Road is the only access road that DWR staff use to enter EDPP from I-5 freeway. Current road conditions at this section present immediate safety and maintenance concerns.
