Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry Permit (ROE) to the Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency (SAFCA) and their contractors to cross the Sacramento Southern Railroad Tracks and the Sacramento River Bike Trail, in various locations be tween P Street and Miller Regional Park in Old Sacramento State Historic Park, in order to access heir project area. No work will be performed on State Parks land.
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE and related project work will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, and the Endangered Species Act. Section 5024 of the Public Resource Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
