The site borders agricultural land to the north and south, Suisun Creek to the east, and Suisun Valley Road to the west. Rockville Cemetery is located west of the subject site; Rockville Corner, a commercial area is ½ mile south; and Willotta Oaks a residential neighborhood of approximately 75 single family homes is located ½ mile to the southwest.
