The Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District (Tulare Lake) will transfer 324 acre-feet of its Article 56c State Water Project Carryover Water to County of Kings. The transfer will be completed by December 31, 2021 . No lands will be fallowed as a result of the transfer and no additional groundwater will be pumped.
