Antelope Valley-East Kern Water Agency (AVEK) will transfer up to 1,000 Acre-Ft of SWP Water supply to Kern County Water Agency (KCWA) in 2021 for the benefit of Tejon Ranch Co., a landowner within the two agencies. Water will be delivered through KCWA’s SWP turnouts along the California Aqueduct.
