The proposed project is Categorically Exempt from environmental proceedings pursuant to Section 15301, Class 1(c), Existing Facilities, of the California Environmental Quality Ace ICEQA), Guidelines, which permit maintenance of existing private structures involving negligible expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency's determination. The proposed project includes rehabilitation of an existing structure, which does not involve expansion of the existing use as a four-unit apartment complex.
