This project is located in Yuba County, on State Route 65, from PM R0.52 (0.18 mile south of Main Street) to PM 1.77 (Grasshopper Slough Bridge - Br# 16-0001); rehabilitate pavement/shoulders, upgrade existing non-standard Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) features (ramps and associated infrastructure), address existing drainage systems in poor condition, add CL II Bike Lanes and CL III Bike Routes. The purpose of the proposed project is to preserve and extend the useful life of the existing pavement and shoulders, improve ride quality, and enhance pedestrian and bicycle connectivity through the Town of Wheatland.
