Document Description
The EIR for the Vikings Solar Energy Generation & Storage Project, certified by the Imperial County Board of Supervisors on August 16, 2022, adequately addressed the environmental effects of that part of the project that involves the IID, i.e., certain upgrades and additions to IID electrical system to enable the interconnection to the KN/KS transmission lines and to access electrical service for the project’s construction & operation. IID will use these findings in approving that portion of the project affecting IID.
