Document Description
The Paddock Place Project (proposed project) would include development of the approximately 2.8 northernmost acres of the project site with an approximately 10,000 square-foot (sf) prefabricated metal building consisting of a 3,650-sf administrative office building and a 6,300-sf shop area. Approximately 4.2 acres of the site would be graveled to stage equipment used for MP Environmental operations. The remainder of the site would be used to develop one bioretention basin and rehabilitate an existing bioretention basin in the southeastern portion of the project site. Access to the site would be provided from Paddock Place. The proposed project would include construction of drive aisles and a parking lot within the project site and associated utilities improvements.
