Document Description
Notice of Exemption pursuant to CEQA Sections 15301, Class 1 (Existing Facilities) and 15302, Class 2 (Replacement or Reconstruction). The proposed project consists of replacing approximately 7,600 linear feet of mainline water distribution pipe in the LADWP West Valley District, in the Northridge community of the City of Los Angeles. The Water Replacement Project includes replacing 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch mainline through rolling construction, with a trench 2 feet wide by 4 feet deep. Construction is anticipated to begin in July 2021.

The proposal for the Water Mainline Replacement Project meet the requirements of these exemptions; therefore, no further CEQA review is required

The proposal for the Water Mainline Replacement Project meet the requirements of these exemptions; therefore, no further CEQA review is required.
