Document Description
The proposed project would vacate Park Avenue between 13th and 14th Streets, acquire and remove structures on parcels in Block B and C, and construct a school serving up to 800 students in grades transitional kindergarten (TK) through 6th with approximately 33 classrooms (2 TK classrooms; 4 kindergarten classrooms; 24 classrooms for 1st to 6th grades; two special education classrooms; and one lab). The proposed project would not involve demolition of the existing two historic buildings (the bungalow and the Multipurpose Room) at the southeast corner of Lincoln High School. The proposed project would include the construction of approximately 61 ,150 square feet of new building space on a 7.07-acre site.
