Califia Farms, LLC manufactures plant-based milks, yogurts, juices, and specialty coffee drinks from crops locally grown in the Central Valley. Califia Farms proposes to increase their discharge of recycled water to a maximum of 500,000 gallons per day (or approximately 560 acre feet per year). Recycled water would continue to be discharged to either the Lerdo Canal or Rosedale Spreading Basins, both of which are owned and operated by the North Kern Water Storage District.
