Document Description
The proposed projects consists of two requests. The first is a Modification to an existing Conditional Use Permit to allow interior and exterior renovations to an existing gas station. The interior renovations consists of converting the existing service bay area into a convenience store and the exterior renovations consist of façade upgrades. The second request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Type 21 (Off-Sale General) alcohol license. The site is 0.48 acres and is within the Neighborhood Center Segment of the Pomona Corridors Specific Plan (PSCP).

Therefore, no further environmental review is required.
