Reasons for Exemption
In compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines, staff has determined that the proposed project meets the criteria for Exemption pursuant to Section 15182 of CEQA in that the proposed project is a residential project consisting of 200 units and is undertaken pursuant to and in conformity with the PCSP adopted in 2014. The proposed residential units were contemplated in the PCSP EIR and were evaluated as part of that environmental analysis. Therefore, no further environmental review is required.
