Document Description
The Project relates to the outdoor cultivation of 1-acre (43,560 square-feet) of cannabis within a threeacre fenced in area. Fish and Game Code 1602 activities are the following: 1). Point of Diversion (POD) 2 - Mine Spring Diversion: POD 2 is an existing gravity fed diversion intake with associated plumbing, rock wall impoundment, and abandoned mine used for water storage. Up to1-acre-foot volume of water is proposed to be diverted from POD 2 at a maximum rate of 10 gpm. 2). POD - Onstream Reservoir Diversion: Water used to fill the on-stream reservoir includes upstream Hooker Creek piped water from POD2 for a combined total up to 42,000 gallons per day (maximum rate of 10 gpm) between 11/01 to 03/31 each year. 3) Culvert Replacement Below Onstream Reservoir: The onstream reservoir has an existing culvert spillway that has been in place for approximately 50 years. This culvert will be replaced and upgraded tomeet the 100-year flood event.
