This planning project will lay the groundwork for future ecological restoration and stream flow enhancement in the lower Otay River by: 1) assessing existing hydrologic conditions to identify priority areas for restoration; 2) performing site assessments of priority areas to determine key restoration strategies such as recontouring, trail improvements, removal of invasive species, and revegetation; and 3) preparing restoration plans for the priority areas.
