To install automated fee collection devices at existing campground dump stations to offset costs related to the proper disposal of RV dump wastes. All devices will be placed on existing concrete pads or on previously disturbed ground next to dump stations, areas that lack biological or cultural resource sensitivities.

The installation of fee collecting devices specifically falls under the Departmental List of Exempt activities to CEQA 15300.4 as outline in the Department of Operations Manual, Chapter 0600.
