Document Description
Proposed project will include a new security command center in an existing space with the Los Angeles building at the Franchise Tax Board campus in Sacramento. Project will include: new fire alarm control panel, electrical for tenant provided MSF (12 workstations and 2 monitoring stations), pathways for tele/data for all tenant provided MSF, hard wired emergency phone, all unused conductors in underfloor ducts removed , dedicate power, telecommunications infrastructure pathways, structural backing in wall, shades at interior windows, new HVAC unit on roof, and replace card readers.
