The Project will also include the westerly realignment of approximately 600 feet of Kibbe Road, north of SR 20, to connect with the relocated intersection and account for distance that will be created between the existing roadway and the proposed intersection. The proposed roadway and intersection improvements include a left turn pocket for westbound SR 20 traffic, installing 12-foot shoulders on both sides of SR 20 west of the proposed intersection, and additional improvements to SR 20 as determined by Caltrans.
