The subject application intends to repair existing paved right-of-way. There is no expansion of right-of-way involved and no development proposed. Therefore, no impacts to transportation, cultural, or historical resources are anticipated. Certain locations of the project site are located within vicinity of listed hazardous waste facilities and also located within special flood hazard areas. Although the project sites are located within or in close proximity of these listed sites and flood hazard areas, the project is confined to existing road right-of-way and would not affect the listed hazardous waste sites or flood zones.
