Approval of Permit No. 19625, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To widen the existing roadway shoulders to eight feet, increase the left-turn deceleration lane lengths, add intersection safety lighting, add shoulder and centerline rumble strips, extend an existing culvert within the Sacramento River Designated Floodway, upgrade guardrail end treatments and install new crash cushions at the existing Mud Creek Bridge along State Route 32 (SR 32) between Caltrans Post Mile (PM) 0.3 at Gianella Road and Post Mile 5.0 at Muir Avenue. The work associated with the project in the vicinity of Mud Creek will be re-grading the access ramps by adding fills on the landside of the Mud Creek levees.
