Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-33697-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Aaron Arthur. The project is limited to one (1) encroachment, installation of a 40-foot long, 48-inch diameter culvert to extend an existing culvert upstream. Work will include placing the culvert at the existing stream grade and alignment, coupling the new culvert to the existing culvert inlet, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring the inlet. All work within the stream shall be conducted when the stream is dry.
