Document Description
The area surrounding building 908 has numerous drainage issues. The project would repair the existing surface drainage system by returning land to the original surface grade, and replacing the concrete V-gutter and portions of sidewalks. Work would consist of the following: -Demolition of approximately 30 linear feet of concrete curb. -Removal of (1) tree Stump. -Regrade approximately 300 square feet of soil. Excavated soil will be stored at the existing soil storage area behind building 1400. -Installation of a minimum of 250 square feet of concrete over approximately 350 linear feet. All Camp San Luis Obispo Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Best Management Practices (BMPs) will be applied.
