Document Description
EA 0S170 - Safety project 1-5 from Camino De Estrella (PM 5.8) to Camino Las Ramblas (PM 6.8) in the cities of San Clemente and Dana Point. The project
proposes to install safety lighting in the median, upgrade existing median barriers, replace existing drainage, refresh pavement delineations, install traffic count
census, and replace barrier mounted HOV signs located along the median barriers. The Disturbed Soil Area (DSA) is anticipated to be less than 1.0 acre and all
construction work is within the Caltrans right of way. No temporary construction easements or right of way acquisitions will be required.
