Applicant, Charter Communications, plans to conduct additional work for previous permit (1220-6TK-0330). Project location is at the
intersection of SR-39 (Beach Blvd.) and Imperial Highway (SR-90) in the City of La Habra. The proposed work is to remove and
replace concrete side walk, bore and place conduit, install new Charter vault, trench and place conduit. Majority of work is within
Caltrans R/W, thus Caltrans will be processing a CEQA CE along with review of the permit.
