The City of Orange is proposing to conduct pavement rehabilitation and restriping throughout the City of Orange. Work within Caltrans right-of-way is only within one segment that is on State College Blvd. between Chapman Avenue and Orangewood Avenue near I-5 intersection and Bridge 55-0814. The work within State right-of-way consists of: crosswalks at the I-5 freeway, on-/off- ramps will be restriping, asphalt concrete grind and overlay, restriping, and traffic control.
