Document Description
Destroy 2 groundwater monitoring wells previously installed in the sidewalk on the north side of Garden Grove Boulevard, east of Haster Street under CalTrans Permit #12-16-6-SV-0334. The wells will be destroyed by pressure grouting and drilling out the upper 5 feet in accordance with a well destruction permit obtained from the Orange County Health Care Agency. The affected areas will be resurfaced (sidewalk section removed and replaced) per City of Garden Grove specifications.
