Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SMO-27168-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the Project Applicant, California Department of Parks and Recreation as represented by Ryan Diller.
The Project includes restoration of over 17 acres of historic wetlands/riparian habitat that historically provided habitat for local wildlife species, including San Francisco garter snake and California red-legged frog. The project will be completed in two phases; both phases will affect the unnamed tributary to Green Oaks Creek.
