The scope of work is as follows: surface preparation, cold plane, placement of open grade asphalt concrete, traffic control, COZEEP, and incidental work. Current poor surface condition necessitates immediate repair before more damage is done to the bridge deck. This project is needed to avoid the failure or threat of failure to the transportation system and to prevent or mitigate the loss or impairment of life, health, property, and essential public services.
