Document Description
The project site consists of five buildings on the Yuba College campus at 2088 N. Beale Road, Yuba County. The campus is located within the unincorporated community of Linda, southwest of the City of Marysville. The Yuba County assessor's parcel number (APN) is 019-230-116-000. The five buildings of this project are arranged into three building sites. Buildings 1021 and 1022 are modular buildings making up one site. Buildings 1250 and 1251 are connected and make up another site. Building 1900 is its own separate site. All these buildings are located close to the parking lot in the western area of the Yuba College campus.
The proposed project consists of the removal of five unused temporary classroom buildings (Buildings 1021, 1022, 1250, 1251 , and 1900) in the western area of the Yuba College campus. The proposed project would remove old buildings that are no longer being used or assigned for instructional purposes or are in poor condition.

The proposed project would demolish small structures consistent with Example {I) of the Class I Categorical Exemption. None of the exceptions that would prevent the use of a categorical exemption, per CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2, apply to the project.
