Document Description
The Sierra Nevada Conservancy (SNC) would provide $95,000 in funding for watershed coordinator activities per Assembly Bill 2551. Grantee will coordinate the Feather River Stewardship Coalition to define forest priorities, create a project database with map-based workplans, and create a review process for project maintenance and re-treatment. Grantee will communicate with stakeholders on watershed priorities. Grantee will assist the Plumas Underburn Cooperative to reach agreement with Plumas National Forest on prescribed fire treatments and plan for implementing initial treatments.
