The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Hydesville County Water District Water System Improvements. The Project includes determining site suitability for a potential new water treatment building and/or wellhead building. The Applicant will conduct a geotechnical investigation to evaluate subsurface conditions. This includes the drilling of test wells, geotechnical borings and backhoe pit tests. Test wells will evaluate groundwater availability.
