Specifically, the Project site is north of Fields Drive and east of San Diego Canal. The Project consists of construction of a 1.79 million gallon (MG) potable water storage tank and associated infrastructure that would provide potable water service to the Belle Terre community as planned by SP382S1. The Project would also include two (2) 18-inch diameter water pipelines, a detention basin, and a concrete-lined flat bottom ditch.
