The Project site is located within the Belle Terre Specific Plan No. 382 (Planning Area 24) in the community of French Valley in the unincorporated area of County of Riverside. Specifically, the Project site is north of Fields Drive and east of San Diego Canal.
The Project consists of construction of a 1.79 million gallon (MG) potable water storage tank and associated infrastructure that would provide potable water service to the Belle Terre community as planned by SP382S1. The Project would also include two (2) 18-inch diameter water pipelines, a detention basin, and a concrete-lined flat bottom ditch. Additionally, a free-standing communication antenna tower, approximately 40-feet high, would be constructed on the site just southwest of the tank.
